Sauces can feel intimidating to make so we often rely on premade sauces down the condiment aisle at our grocery stores. And sure let’s be honest, it can be cheaper to buy a bottle of your favourite sauce instead of grabbing all the ingredients to make it yourself. But where’s the fun in that?!

Making your own sauces can be a game changer for your next cook. I wanted to share some easy to make recipes like this Sweet & Sour BBQ sauce which goes perfect on pork ribs or even chicken.
WHERE TO USE THIS SAUCE?
This sauce is one I use for making Sweet & Sour BBQ Ribs, which are great for a family event or even a work function. Buying cut off ends or pork spare ribs is super adorable.
Other ways to use this sauce:
• meatballs
• chicken legs
• smoked chicken legs
• Sweet & Sour hot dog burnt ends

If this sauce is too mild and you’re looking for a bit of heat add in 1/4 tsp of chili flakes or 1/4 tsp of chipotle rub.
