Garlic Aioli

Garlic aioli is a creamy garlic dip perfect for potatoes, chicken and many other dishes. It is a signature staple I serve anytime we host a large dinner. Friends have nick named it "f-ton" to ensure I make enough to feed everyone.

This ailoi pairs perfectly with roasted red potatoes and even bacon wrapped brussel sprouts. Here is my signature recipe for you to use.

Fresh garlic cloves before making garlic aioli. Fresh garlic always brings out the most flavour.

Foster Feasts Signature Garlic Aioli Recipe


INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup of Hellmann's Mayonaise

  • 1/2 lemon juiced

  • 3 cloves of garlic minced

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp of ground black pepper


DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients, mix and serve. Best if chilled for 1/2hr. Lasts up to a week in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
