You’ve got to try this cheesy bomb stuffed pull-apart garlic bread! It is a simple recipe you can bake in your oven or on your grill. I love making mine on the Pit Boss for that added wood-fired flavour.

STUFFED PULL APART GARLIC BREAD
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Brick Cream Cheese
1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 TBSP of Garlic & Herb Seasoning
1 pizza dough ball cut into 24 portions. These can be found in the freezer section or bakery of your local supermarket.
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup butter
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2-3 cloves garlic
RECIPE
PREP TIME: 10 minutes
COOK TIME: 35 Minutes
FILLING: Combine 1/2 brick cream cheese, 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese and 1 TBSP of Garlic & Herb seasoning.
DOUGH:
I use a pre-made pizza dough cut into 24 portions. These can be found in the freezer section or bakery of your local supermarket but if you are into making your own do it!
TOPPING:
3/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
GARLIC BUTTER: Combine 1/2 cup melted butter, 2 TBSP chopped fresh parsley with the crushed cloves of garlic.

DIRECTIONS
Cut dough into 24 portions and scoop small amount of cheese filling. Fold dough around cheese and seal forming a ball shape.
Preheat your Pit Boss grill or oven to 350F.
Make filling by combining cream cheese, mozzarella and seasoning in a bowl. Set aside.
Take Pizza dough and cut into 24 portions. I like to do this but cutting the dough in halves until I have 24 portions. You can also roll into a long roll and cut.
Flatten doigh and place a small spoonful in a dough portion inside. Fold dough to seal and form a ball. Repeat 24 times or until your skillet is full. Brush dough tops with butter.
Bake at 350F on your grill or in your oven. Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly golden.
Top with cheeses and garlic butter mixture. Bake 5-10 min more until melted. Serve warm.
