Super simple and fun holiday treats are just a few ingredients away.
I was challenged to make a holiday dish for a collaborative "12 Days of Sweet Treats" with some amazing folks. I took day 9 and wanted to master a rich but not over complicated brownie recipe.
These chocolate brownies were made with a touch of peppermint and added peppermint chocolate chips. They were decorated with green icing, sprinkles and an M & M topper. A pretzel stick was the perfect base.
I hope you try and enjoy this fun recipe.

NOTES: You can easily sub in Andes Candies for the mint chips. You can also omit the mint all together and still have a great recipe.
DO NOT OVERMIX BATTER. You do not want to introduce more bubbles into it or you will get more of a cake and not a gooey fudgy brownie.
